Information collected

The public website should collect only the information needed to respond to an approved inquiry, protect the service, understand aggregate use, or meet a legal obligation.

How information is used

Information should be used for the stated request, security, service operation, and approved business records. It should not be represented as sold or shared without an accurate policy and legal basis.

Retention and requests

Production copy must state approved retention periods, request rights, responsible entity, jurisdiction, processors, and a verified privacy contact.

Text messages (SMS)

AppleSeedIQ LLC sends text messages as AppleSeedIQ Studios. This section covers those messages; the SMS terms describe the program in full.

What we collect: if you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we keep your number, a record of your consent (date, time, the page you used and the wording you agreed to), and the messages you send us and we send you.

How we use it: to reply to your request, schedule and confirm calls, send updates about your project or account, follow up on support, and ask for a review after your project is complete.

No sharing for marketing: we do not sell, rent or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf (such as our messaging provider), and only to send messages to you.

Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will confirm once and send nothing further unless you reply START. Reply HELP for help, or email support@appleseediq.com.

Retention: we keep consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to honor your choice and meet our legal obligations, and message history for 3 years.
